Hi there I have 1 room to rent in my house, it's the smaller out of the 3 rooms so its not a double but has ample space and is very cosy. It has a three quarter bed and small set of draws in there and can fit a large wardrobe, with still fair bit of space left to move around . We have a large living room, spare pull out settee/dining room which you are more than welcome to use for guests. We have bath and shower facilities, modern kitchen which includes all the usual plus washing machine and tumble dryer AND WiFi which is all included in the price. We also have a large back yard which we frequently use to sunbathe, relax, BBQ etc etc. We would like a young, nice friendly person that can have a laugh and likes to socialize, it's more suited for a student or young carefree professional as we do have a few social gatherings and movie nights!!! There is a direct bus that takes 20mins into city centre. There is also a direct bus to the University for students. There is not a drive but space outside the house for parking.
